By accessing or using the ParCil Pal website, mobile application, or any services provided by ParCil Pal (collectively, the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to all of these Terms, do not use the Service.

We reserve the right to change or modify these Terms at any time and in our sole discretion. If we make changes to these Terms, we will provide notice of such changes, such as by sending an email notification, providing notice through the Service, or updating the “Last Updated” date at the top of these Terms.

To use the Service, you must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract. You agree to:

• >Comply with all local transport and logistics laws.

ParCil Pal facilitates payments between “Senders” and “Pals” (the deliverers). We use third-party payment processors to handle all financial transactions. By using the Service, you also agree to the terms and conditions of our payment partners.

A service fee is applied to every successful transaction to maintain the platform and verify community members. All fees are non-refundable except as expressly provided in our refund policy or as required by law.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ParCil Pal shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

ParCil Pal does not assume responsibility for the condition, legality, or safety of any items transported via the platform. Users interact with each other at their own risk and are encouraged to utilize our verification tools and public meeting spots.

Most concerns can be resolved quickly by contacting our support team. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, you agree to resolve any claim, dispute, or controversy arising out of or in connection with these Terms through binding arbitration rather than in court.

The arbitration will be conducted in the jurisdiction where ParCil Pal is registered, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. You waive your right to participate in any class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.
