ParCil Pal was born from a simple observation: that our diaspora logistics move more than just parcels — they move emotions and care.

ParCil Pal began during my master's, when a colleague — a new mother — asked me daily if I knew anyone traveling back home. She needed to send breastmilk for her infant.
That moment made me realize our diaspora logistics move more than parcels: we move emotions, care, and things money can't always buy. From that insight, ParCil Pal was born — a community-first service that connects travelers and senders to keep families close, sustainably and securely.
Building the Trust Loop
We knew technology could handle the logistics, but the real challenge was trust. We spent months interviewing potential users and local businesses to design the ‘Trust Loop’ — a verification and social credit system that makes helping a neighbor feel safe and rewarding.
Today, ParCil Pal is more than an app; it's a social fabric being re-woven, one package at a time.
